AALP Management Committee

In conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer and the AALP Coordinator, the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program Advisory Committee manages the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the AALP program.  They guide and develop overall curriculum planning and assist in seminar curriculum development & implementation, facilitation of Issue Analysis Projects and in preparation of study tour objectives and planning.  The committee assists with recruitment, promotion, selection and fundraising initiatives and they ensure the evaluation of all program components and make recommendations to the ROI Board for future programming and other issues.
